We offer free delivery* to most suburbs in Metropoliton Melbourne every day leading up to Christmas until sold out. Please check out our locations page for a list of suburbs.

Please select your delivery day and we will be in contact with you a couple of days out to confirm your expected delivery window. We provide a 2 window for you to be home.

Unfortunately we will not be delivering to the CBD this year as our delivery drivers are not equipped to manage commercial installations. We hope to offer this as a special service in the future.

You will receive an SMS a few days prior to your collection with the date and time allocation to your suburb. Stands are re-usable and yours to keep! Please check the bolts are not stuck to the trunk before removing the tree. 

Curbside Collection: Please ensure the tree is placed on your nature strip prior to our arrival, and all decorations and stands have been removed. The tree will be fine for a few days if you need to be away on the day.

Removal & Collection: You will be provided with a 2hr window for our arrival where you will need to be home. Our friendly elves will take down your tree and remove it for you. Please remove all decorations prior to their arrival.
