Delivery runs in Greater Geelong only. If you are further out, every one of our stores takes click & collect, and you are welcome to walk in and pick your own.

Our trees come from a family farm with more than 30 years of Christmas tree growing behind it. They are cut through the season rather than all at once, so the one you take home has not been sitting around.

      Do you deliver across Country Victoria?

      Delivery runs in Greater Geelong. Everywhere else in the region, you can order online for click & collect or simply walk in and pick a tree at any of our stores.

      How does click & collect work in Country Victoria?

      Order online, choose your store and a collection day, and your tree will be set aside. Bring your order number, and we will trim the trunk and help you load it.

      Can I turn up without ordering first?

      Yes. Every store is open to walk-ins during trading hours, and fresh trees arrive through the season. Coming midweek usually means the best pick.

      What is the cut-off for Geelong delivery orders?

      Orders close at 12pm the day before your chosen delivery day. After that the run is loaded, so pick the next available day instead.

      Is there a Tree Elves Christmas tree farm near Geelong?

      No. We are not a farm and there is nowhere to cut your own. We run seasonal stores and deliver in Greater Geelong, and the trees come fresh from the grower we have worked with for years.

      What happens to the tree in January?

      Add collection when you order, or later. In January an elf picks it up from your place and the tree is mulched.
