Why a real tree from the elves

Grown with Yeowarra. Our trees come from our long-standing partnership with Yeowarra — more than 30 years of growing know-how, nurtured for three to five years and cut fresh for its delivery run.

Delivered and set up by our elves. We bring it to your door and, if you would like, stand it up ready to decorate.

Or pick it up in person. Our elves set up at convenient locations around the city through December, so you can choose your tree in person and take it home the same day. Find your nearest store.

Collected and given a second life. Book a collection in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or on the Gold Coast and we will take your tree back to the farm to be mulched. We plant a tree for every tree we sell.

How it works

    Step 1: Pick your tree

    Pop in your postcode to see the trees, sizes and delivery days available near you. Add a stand or home setup while you are there.

    Step 2: We deliver and install

    Our strong and mighty team of elves brings your tree fresh from the farm. You do not need to be home — leave us a note and we will put it somewhere safe.

    Step 3: We collect and recycle

    When the season is out, we collect your tree and return it to the farm for mulching. It never goes to landfill.

Common questions

How fresh will my tree be?

Very fresh. Our trees are cut on the farm for their delivery run, so they arrive with their scent and their needles intact. Keep water up to it and it will see out the season beautifully.

Do I need to be home when it's delivered?

Not at all. Leave delivery instructions with your order and our elves will pop the tree somewhere safe and let you know it has arrived.

What size tree should I get?

Measure your ceiling and allow about 30cm for the stand and the topper. If you are between sizes, the smaller one usually sits more comfortably and leaves plenty of room for the star.

Do I need a stand?

Yes — a stand with water in it is what keeps a real tree fresh. You can add the TreeMate, an Australian-made stand with a 9-litre reservoir, when you order and we will deliver it alongside your tree.

How long will a real tree last?

Comfortably through the Christmas season, with water and a spot away from heaters and direct sun. A fresh tree drinks a fair bit in its first week, so top the reservoir up daily to start with.

Do you take the tree away afterwards?

Yes — in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and on the Gold Coast. Book a collection and our elves come back in January, take the tree, and mulch it on the farm. You can add it when you order or arrange it later. Outside those areas, get in touch before you book and we will let you know whether we can reach you.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Are real trees good for the environment?

They are. A real tree is a farmed crop that absorbs carbon as it grows and supports local growers, and ours is mulched at the end of its life to feed next year's seedlings.
