Your tree had its moment. Now let the elves clean up.

Every real Christmas tree earns its keep — the smell, the lights, the kids losing their minds on Christmas morning. But come January, nobody wants to be the one dragging a drying pine through the hallway and out to the kerb.

So don't. Book a collection and our elves will come and get it.

How it works

Book your collection when you order your tree, or any time before January. We'll confirm your window, turn up, and take the tree away. You don't need to be home, and you don't need a ute, a trailer, or a friend who owes you a favour.

Three ways to do it:

• Curbside collection. Leave the tree out on the kerb in the first week of January and we'll take it from there. The simplest option, and the one most people pick.
• Removal and collection. Can't face moving it? In the first week of January our elves come inside, carry the tree out for you, and take it away. Worth it if you've got stairs.
• Later collection. For anyone still clinging to Christmas. Same service, in the second week of January.

Our elves run tree collections across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. If you're outside those areas, get in touch before you book and we'll let you know whether we can reach you.

Where the tree actually goes

This is the part we're proud of. Your tree doesn't go to landfill — it goes back to the farm and gets mulched. That mulch feeds the soil that grows next year's seedlings, which is a genuinely tidy loop for a product that spends three weeks in your lounge room.

It's the same reason we plant two native trees for every tree we sell. A real Christmas tree is a crop, not a plastic ornament in a cupboard, and it should finish its life like one.

Which cities do you collect in? Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

When do you collect? Curbside and removal collections run in the first week of January. If you'd rather keep the tree up a little longer, the later collection runs in the second week of January. We'll confirm your window before we come.

Do I need to be home? No. Leave the tree accessible and we'll handle it.

Do I need to take the decorations off? Yes please — lights, baubles, tinsel and the stand all need to come off before we collect. The tree goes into a mulcher, and tinsel does not mulch.

What if I miss my collection day? Get in touch and we'll sort out another window. We'd much rather reschedule than leave you with a dead tree in the driveway.

Can I book collection after Christmas? Yes, as long as spots are still available. January books out, so earlier is safer.
