1. Promoter

The Wishlist Giveaway is promoted by Real Christmas Experience Pty Ltd (ABN: 66 651 165 169), trading as The Tree Elves, located at 5855 Princes Highway, Irrewarra, Victoria, 3249.

2. Eligibility

Open to all Australian residents. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of The Tree Elves are not eligible to enter.

Entries submitted on behalf of a child under 16 years of age are assumed to have the consent and permission of their parent or guardian.

3. Competition Period

Opens 9 November 2025 and closes 4:00 PM AEST Friday 28 November 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

Submit your Christmas Wishlist (Up to 5 items) via the entry form provided on www.realchristmastreeelves.com.au/pages/wishlist-competition. One entry per person.

5. Game of Skill

This is a game of skill, not chance. Each valid entry will be individually judged based on creativity and originality. The entry deemed most creative and original by the judging panel will be selected as the winner. Chance plays no part in determining the outcome.

6. Prize

The winner will receive a $1,000 AUD gift card.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other goods/services. Any taxes or costs associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Announcement

The winner will be announced on 1 December 2025 via The Tree Elves’ Instagram and Facebook (@realchristmastreeelves) and notified directly by email.

8. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond to claim their prize within 7 days of notification. If the prize is unclaimed, The Tree Elves reserves the right to select another winner.

9. Additional Terms

By entering, participants agree that their name and/or submission may be used by The Tree Elves for promotional or marketing purposes, including social media.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Meta, or any other third party platform.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of the competition will be used in accordance with The Tree Elves’ Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

The Tree Elves is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other disruptions beyond its control. The Tree Elves reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if unforeseen circumstances occur. To the extent permitted by law, The Tree Elves accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damage suffered as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting the prize.
