With proper care, our trees will last over 4 weeks and see out the Christmas season.

Position your tree out of direct sunlight, and keep water up to it every day to ensure it stays hydrated and healthy.

Without a doubt! We take great care in nurturing and pruning our trees over their 3-5 year lifespan. 

Our trees available at our Melbourne & Brisbane locations are delivered daily directly from the farm – so rest assured they’re the cream of the crop! 

If your tree is looking a little lacklustre and not quite what you expected, please get in touch and we’ll happily replace it or refund you.

Yes - you can purchase a tree stand which we will deliver with your tree. Our Cinco stands are industry best and can be filled with water to keep your tree fresh and fragrant.

Once you have picked your tree and installation options, you can view available delivery dates based on your post code on the next page.

Our delivery hours range between 7am and 7pm depending on the route for the day. We will notify you at least 24 hours prior with a 2hr delivery window and you can track your real Christmas tree live using our app.

Deliveries to CBD will incur an additional fee to cover additional vehicle and staff costs. 

You will receive an SMS a few days prior to your collection window with the date and time allocation to your suburb. 

For curbside collection, please only have the tree placed on your nature strip well in advance with all decorations removed. 

If purchasing our removal service, have the decorations removed and we will take it from there.

Stands are reusable and yours to keep! Also please check the bolts are not stuck to the trunk before removing the tree. 

We do our best to ensure your tree is as fresh as possible on delivery. Our Satisfaction Guarantee has you covered if your tree isn’t quite what you expected.
