    Tree Collection T&Cs

    You will receive an SMS a few days prior to your collection with the date and time allocation to your suburb. Stands are re-usable and yours to keep! Please check the bolts are not stuck to the trunk before removing the tree. 

    Curbside Collection: Please ensure the tree is placed on your nature strip prior to our arrival, and all decorations and stands have been removed. The tree will be fine for a few days if you need to be away on the day.
